Terms  of delivery.

Dear Customers !

The Russian shipchandling company AO “Torgmortrans” in Kaliningrad offers the service in supplying the vessels with the Provisions and providing all the custom's clearance documents.  

To make the order of the provisions for your vessel you can make in our catalogue. Or forward an inquiry by E-mail torgmortransdir@mail.ru by filling in the prices.  It is desirable to make an order before a vessel will enter in port, which allows to obtain the good terms in fulfill an order and deliver the provisions by your arrival.

Supplying the vessels with the Provisions – is the main and important sector of our activity, and you can hope to have high quality of our service on each stage. To make an order you can either through our shipchandler, calling him on board, or visiting our shop in the port. Our company is situated inside Kaliningrad Sea Commercial port, pier No. 7.

After receiving an order, it will be considered, then to be agreed a place, date and time of delivery. A payment will be made either by cash or by a banking transfer.  As well as through a banking payment card in our shop.

For each order we can apply a personal system of discounts.

All the aspect of making an order, delivery, quality, packing, documentation, reports, claims and arbitration are in accordance with the rules of the International Assotiation / ISSA/.

All the custom's clearance procedures, which are necessary for supplying the vessels with the provisions are free of charges.

Delivery of the ordered provisions will be made on board of your vessel by an agreed time.
